2011 ITSA World Tandem Tour Champions
2008 ISA Tandem Surfing World Champions

Representing Hawaii, the former professional tandem surfing team of Chuck Inman and Tiffany Rabacal continue to live in Waikiki although they now train separately. They were crowned the 2011 International Tandem Surfing Association (ITSA) World Tandem Tour Champions and were at the top of the leaderboard for the majority of last year.  This was their second world title having also won the 2008 International Surfing Association (ISA) World Championship, which is a single-event annual contest held in conjunction with the ITSA World Tandem Tour (WTT). 

Career highlights in addition to Chuck and Tiffany's two world titles include back-to-back victories in 2010 and 2011 at both Duke's OceanFest in Waikiki and NKF Surf Fest in Cocoa Beach, two of the most prestigious stops on the World Tandem Tour.  Despite taking an unplanned hiatus in 2009 for Chuck to focus on a personal relationship, they returned the following year with a reenergized focus on training and made a title win in 2011 their ultimate goal for the year.  With four major contest wins last season they undoubtedly charged their way to the top and clinched the #1 spot with a large lead.  

Chuck and Tiffany partnered together in 2007 and quickly climbed the ranks of international tandem surfing finishing 2nd at the ISA World Championship and 3rd on the ITSA World Tandem Tour (WTT) that year.  Competing on the WTT has taken them to:
   - Oahu (Waikiki)
   - Maui (Ho'okipa)
   - California (Huntington Beach, Oceanside & Trestles)
   - Florida (Cocoa Beach)
   - Australia (Noosa)
   - Spain (Liencres) 
   - France (Biarritz, Biscarrosse & Lacanau)

Chuck and Tiffany Win ITSA World Title

COCOA BEACH, Florida (Monday, September 5, 2011) – Chuck Inman and Tiffany Rabacal (HAW) won the International Tandem Surfing Association World Tandem Tour over Paul Chambers and Krystl Apeles (HAW), Rico Leroy and Sarah Burel (FRA), and Christian Bartsch and Aimee Murcia (HAW) at the NKF Surf Festival in Cocoa Beach, FL, clinching their first ITSA WTT Title.  This will be their second world championship win including the 2008 International Surfing Association World Tandem Surfing Title claimed during their second year competing together.  (more...)
